Please select the wait-list to which you would like to add your child. 
Wait-lists are based on the schedule options. Choose the schedule you would like for your child.
i.e. If you would like an extended day option, please write (7:00am-6:00pm) or indicate that you would need the school to be open until 4:30 or 6:00pm, etc. 
Please select the requested start date for your child. (i.e. If you would like your child to start in October, select October 1st).
In order to hold your child's spot on the waitlist, please pay the waitlist deposit. This deposit will be credited toward your Materials Fee upon enrollment.
