We will be recognizing JDAIM (Jewish Disability Awareness, Acceptance, and Inclusion Month) by introducing and incorporating various practices at TBT to foster whole community inclusion. Some of those practices may include:
  • live captioning from Zoom also displayed on screen in the synagogue
  • large text siddurim and page magnifiers clearly labeled and easy to find for those with vision impairment
  • clearly labeled signs indicating accessible exits, entrances, and restrooms
  • soundless fidgets available for children and congregants
  • printed version of the order of the service with a child-friendly version (and/or powerpoint with prayers)
  • noise-canceling/dimming headphones for those with noise sensitivity
  • accessible/modified dance moves

Please indicate below if you are RSVPing as individuals, as a family of four, or joining on Zoom.

If you or someone in your family has specific dietary needs (i.e. gluten free, dairy intolerant, etc.) please list those needs in the box so we can do our best to remain inclusive and accommodate all families.

Thank you!
