Being a member of the TBT Family
Temple Beth Tikvah (TBT) is proud to serve not only the North Orange County Jewish Community, but the entire Fullerton and neighboring cities, as well as the Jewish Community in all of Orange County.
We offer Temple membership opportunities for those who wish to support TBT on an annual basis.
We also have a thriving Early Childhood Learning Center, Religious School, Hebrew School and After School Program (Gesher), and though not all of those participants support with an annual donation, we consider them members of the TBT family. We care about them just as we do our annual supporters; with love, compassion, and attention. We also invite them to participate in all TBT programming, events, learning opportunities, and services.
We would be honored if your household would like to participate in annual membership, which we call "Philanthropy." We are committed to making sure that all who wish access to Judaism at TBT are able to participate with a donation that is comfortable and right for your household.
TBT has several Philanthropic Levels available along with certain benefits depending on the level. Also, as TBT's fiscal year (June 1 - May 31) progresses, and you make donations throughout the year, such as at High Holy Days, you have the opportunity to move into a higher level of giving.
Mitzvah Platinum | $7,200+
Simcha Gold | $6,000
Brecha Silver | $4,800
Sustaining Supporter | $3,600 (actual average cost per member to TBT)
Basic | $2,400
Young Family (with children under 9 years old) | $1,800
TBT issues an annual "Facility/Security" fee of $600 which is added to each level. This is a suggested minimum that we strongly encourage all members to adhere to. Please contact our Executive Director, Lauren Snyder to make further arrangements if necessary.
You may make your contribution on a non-annual basis, and TBT will keep your payment on account. Please note that TBT will request a new Philanthropic Commitment every year to begin on June 1.

Code of Ethics
Introduction
As participants in our holy community – including members, lay leaders, clergy and professional staff (collectively “partners”) – we hold ourselves to the highest standards of personal and professional integrity, moral conscience, and social responsibility. This congregational code of ethics (“code”) articulates expectations for ethical behavior for partners and provides the structures and processes necessary to implement and enforce the code. By delineating expectations of all participants and identifying areas of potential ethical challenge, we strengthen both our sacred partnerships with one another and our holy community.
